Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order at Tranquilla. Always check your package upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at ciao@olivatranquilla.com. Together we will evaluate the issue and always look for a suitable solution.

Because our products fall under food and personal care, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once they have been opened or used. This is due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Is the product unopened and within 14 days of receipt? Then you can return it. Please send us a message and we will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. When refunding, the original shipping cost will also be deducted, unless the error was ours.

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the amount as quickly as possible via the original payment method.
